Shipping policy

Local Delivery (Pinellas County) & COD

Local delivery is available Saturdays only within Pinellas County. Orders placed after 5 PM Friday will be delivered the following Saturday. A $5 delivery fee applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for local delivery orders only. Payment is due at the time of delivery please have exact cash ready. Ensure your phone number is correct for delivery coordination.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

• Shipping time is separate from processing time

• Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Simply Kissed is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Simply Kissed is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
